With over 20 years of experience across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, Alana has led high-impact projects in mining, infrastructure, and development—delivering solutions that combine technical precision, financial insight, and ethical governance.

Her expertise spans monitoring and evaluation, mine modeling, due diligence, and sustainability strategy, with a strong focus on aligning operations to global standards such as IRMA, OECD Due Diligence, IFC Performance Standards, ICMM Principles, and ESG frameworks.
